Getting to the ALDMERI DOMINION as a Veteran, Rivenspire is bugged and can not be finished

I hope someone may have a suggestion.
I have been trying to complete Rivenspire but am still missing some 10 plus quests which follow on from the main quest line, but as I cant get through Dream-walk to Darkness as no Ancient Warriors appear and I cant finish Northpoint as Skordo is not available and I have tried numerous ideas, reloading, relogging, abandoning, removing addons, repairing, waiting for the latest update, with no success.
Can anyone suggest how I can get to the Aldmeri Dominion without finishing Rivenspire, all other areas in Daggerfall Covenant done.

Jimm_ay✭✭✭Are you a DC vet? If so to get to AD you have to do your story arc (Harborage) and I believe the arc from the caretaker in Cold Harbor. There are two big things you have to do which I won't spoil but they are pretty clear from the caretaker what you are doing and then the end conflict against Malaog0 -
Wargasmo✭✭✭join a guild or a group... have them walk over to the zone, and simply teleport to them and grab a wayshrine0 -
Zero_Tolerance✭✭✭IIRC Northpoint quests are after the Dream... quest. And this one, if you don't kill skeletons on 1st go without dying, it'll bug (so coming back to kill them after you died won't do any good).
Or at least it used to be so weeks ago when I was there. You have to abandon, re-do all the dream sequences and try again making sure not to die at all during that fight.0 -
BrassRazoo✭✭✭✭✭I had issues both times in this place, the quest at the start and the one at the end.
The first one where all the Skeletons appear in the room bugged as I was too close to the door and die too many times.
To get past this I logged out for 15 minutes or so and kill the mobs further inside the arena and it worked.
The second and final time where I had to kill more mobs up top of this Arena and make the Bone Giants crash into the stones I had to abandon a couple of times and wait 15 minutes then they spawned again. I think I used Volcanic Rune and blew a NPC into the wall, which happens quite a bit.
Very frustrating, but after abandon and waiting 15 minutes or so the enemies spawned again.

Furgus✭Well I managed to get through in the end. What with the recent update and hotfix and a little interactions with other players.
The best way seems to be get a friend or a helpful player to go into the area where you are bugged while you stay outside, if they are able to see the missing NPC or quest item, fingers crossed, and before they interact with it get them to invite you to group, that way you can complete the part of the quest that was bugged.
I have managed to do this in three separate quest now where I was bugged.
