When is the last battle nor going to be bugged

So here I am a V1 rank And I cannot move on, you know why? The last quest to fight Molag Bal is bugged . WHEN is this going to be fixed ? this should of been addressed . The response from support was" we are sorry but a GM has to help you" Well it has been 3 days when are they going to help me so I can move on.. This is one more reason this game will be free to play soon.

I completed the Molag Bal fight yesterday on my Templar with no problems.
Today I tried with my Sorcerer and It's completely bugged.
First he picked me up but no prompt to use power, just a constant loop.

I have to relog but now he just picks me and drops me. Either instant death or left with low health. Still can not progress.

Please fix this bug, as my character is now stuck there.

ok quit the game for a few minutes and then restarted.
Found myself outside the Harbarage. Had to start the quest from the beginning but got to Molag Bal and again, same thing.
So pi**ed off.
