    Just to be a pedant, that would be a spear, lances are from horseback and tend to be too long to weild off horseback.

    But I hope we are getting spears.

    ...am I the only one thinking that a new skill line should not be implemented as long as

    1. many other skills are (still) bugged
    2. stamina vs magicka builds is not balanced
    3. classes overall are not balanced
    4. crucial bugs/exploits are not reduced to a comfortable minimum
