Do you feel the game lacks the information we need to make informed decisions with our powers, mundus stones, items, etc?
EXAMPLES:
Crystal Shard :35% chance to make your next use an instant cast and cost 50% less when activating ability with a Magicka cost. (this does not tell you that the Crystal Shard does not count as an ability)
The Lover: Reduces damage taken from spells (completely vague)

"Creates an X point damage shield for Y seconds. Player takes 50% less spell damage while shield holds"
This has two possible interpretations. Either it is a damage shield that lets half of incoming spell damage get through to the player and only blocks the other half, or it works as any other damage shield(blocking all damage), except that any incoming spell damage is cut in half before being applied to(and damaging) the shield.
The first is a temporary 50% spell resistance(while shield holds).
