Lost a bank item while withdrawing

So I made a glyph for the Mrs., put it in the guild bank, and when she was taking it out (along with a few other things) she got the "Please wait" message.

Well, after that the glyph was no longer in the bank, nor was it in her inventory.

Any chance I can get that resolved you think?

Someone else probably snagged it from the guild bank just at the right moment.

That's why i usually use in-game mail for these things ...

I'd think that too...but there were only two of us on.

Oh well, no worries. I just made another. Sucks though, those Denata runes are hard to find at times.

I have had items in my bank disappear also , I have reported this problem before but I feel nothing was done about it . So now when things disappear I would just shrug my shoulders and move on .

Mail it for 10 gold, hand it off (if you're in the same zone), or use your personal bank (and withdrawl via an alternate and hand it off).

Guild bank's have more to keep track of and tend to glitch more.

If you are insistent on using the guild bank for this, a little helpful tip is to Mark the item As Junk, deposit, and then she can withdrawl.

If she looks under the Junk tab (in the guild bank), it'll likely be the only item there. It will not show up in the other tabs which will make it less likely to get sniped by a fellow unknowing guildmember.

She can then unmark as Junk when using the enchant.

Also, if you are by chance a member of more than one guild, you might double check and see if you placed it in the wrong guild bank.

Sometimes the reset doesn't always work as expected (Starting with Guild 1, vice the last guild you were using, for instance) or the switch between guilds does not always take.
