Before the mainteance a couple days ago, i was playing fine, had no problems. After the maintenance finished, i logged in to get a incorrect info error, which after i went to log into the eso main page to which i got the surprise which said i have been suspended. I went on to contact support and after 4 days, they told me i had been banned on the grounds of "gold farming". I sent in a reply telling them i can provide them with alot of information to prove i wasnt a gold farming bot but i havent been replied to for whatever reason. So i came here to hopefully get another member of ZOS to talk with me.

Background info:
I have 4 characters - VR4 DK (which is my blacksmith), Lv. 41 NB (which is my enchanter), Lv. 28 Templar (which is my clotheir, woodworker and alchemist) and my Lv. 26 NB. All of these characters have proper names which took me a while to come up with, all have items with various traits and time put into them, all except my lower level NB have alot of time spent in pvp with my guild. Thats kinda the first sign that im not a gold farming bot.

What i was doing:
I was grinding out mobs for levels. Simple as that. Having 2 players already at high levels, i really didnt want to go through the story because it is a long process and i just wanted to get to vr1 and go ganking with my new khajiit NB. I had a rotation of using a ambush from sneak (drop them to below 50% health) and then bloodcraze spam and then killers blade. I would do this to build up ultimate. Once i had ultimate, i would switch to my bow bar, lure 3/4 groups (10+ mobs), drop veil of blades, and then block. As you can imagine, my health would drop quite low even with block + veil so when i see a mob near 25% health, i mark them with mark target and then killers blade them for a 50%> heal and then i killers blade the rest to restore all my health. This is my rotation and how i was doing it.

Why was i wrongfully banned?
Firstly, you can see that i have put alot of effort into my characters. Alot of time looking for items to research and alot of time collecting things to further my progress.

Secondly, i was leveling my lv 25 nightblade. Bots that farm gold, use templars who use biting jabs or sorcs who spam crystal shards. No botter would use a NB because they are the hardest class to survive with at lower levels unless you know how to play them.

Thirdly, idk if it was a new program you were using to see the amount of mobs someone kills in a given time frame or if it was another player reporting, but you can see my rotation and i am willing to show you my rotation and how effective it works to prove to you i am not a farm bot.

Fourth, i have sent in emails to support before asking for help with things, shows that i am a person if i am able to communicate with you.

Fifth, i had ~20k gold on my account. Thats from like a week of playing or more for me because i dont have anything worthy to sell to players. I have bought 2 horses (the 43k ones) and reset skills probably 7 times at least, so that gives me roughly a total of 150-200k gold since early launch. To me, that doesnt scream gold farm bot as im sure they sell hundreds and thousands for dirt cheap.

Sixth, i can give you the names of 2/3 players that i was on teamspeak with to serve as my witnesses and probably a whole guild that i pvped earlier that day with.

Seventh, during my whole playtime, the most money i have exchanged in a day is a couple thousand and that was to buy pieces of a armour set i needed. Definetly not enough to be classed as a gold farmer.

Eigth, i can show you a video i made of me doing the same rotation (but on different mobs) with my DK at level 25-30 and 40-42 except i would lure with resto staff and drop standard and use reflective plates to take hardly any damage. Same principle, same result of mobs dying.

Ninth, a botter wouldnt fight so hard to get their account back.
