Do most members know where it is and what it's for? Who resolves them and who moderates it. I think I might have a partial answer as soon as I press this.

✭✭Well, if you ask the question, you get to choose which reply answers it. As in you click on an option on the bottom (with the word answer on it, I believe).
As for who moderates them, same as for any other thread, the Moderators make sure that we are sticking to the forum rules.
