Can I join Trading guilds on different servers?

I play on the NA server.

I joined a Trading guild through their website but didn't remember that they are on the EU server.

Can I see their guild in-game from the NA server? Can I see their officers on the NA server in order to receive my formal guild invite?

The EU and NA client are completely separate so unfortunately, no.
