Capes and Cloaks!

In all honesty...what hero doesn't wear one of these two things? I can't see a justifiable excuse for not having them in game. I had to download Cloaks of Skyrim from Nexus just to fulfill the cliche! I for one would love to see this implemented.

Wonder Woman never wore a cape or a cloak. And since she is married to Robert Altman I don't see it happening anytime soon.

I've thought the very same thing OP...hopefully when they release the tools for player made armor skins I can drive the prices of these but fugly motifs into the dirt with acceptable more proper attire for our heroes of Tamriel0 -

✭✭✭Capes and cloaks with all the clipping that implies for bows, quivers, two handed weapons, and shields, let alone the argonian and khajiit tails, or fixing issues that actually impact the playability of the game?
My vote is NOT for capes and cloaks.
My Dragonborn wouldn't have worn either one had they been included in Skyrim; a hero doesn't need a soaking wet cloak or cape fastened around their neck after wading/swimming the river. She didn't want to give the sabercats a nice handle to snag, either. Or for a troll to grab. Or, well, just no.0 -

And not just Khajiit and Argonians... anytime you get on a horse, they have to figure how to clip it... 2h weapons, clipped... one handed weapons that might protrude, clipped.
And, well, no cloaks/capes saves some strain on the client and the server (which, no matter what they say, is why I believe they removed nameplates instead of just making them an option).
Besides, how am I supposed to stare at my butt while I adventure if it's covered with a cape? o.O
