Sever Downtime Duration Indication

Shouldn't ESO/Zenimax, inform their Patron's of the duration of the sever down time or at least an estimation of how long the down time will be?

shunex✭✭non scheduled maint times cant really have a estimate due to the fact it might take em a while to find the exact problem, patch releases and hot fixes yeah i would like a eta, emergancy downtime i can understand. in saying that c/s still needs alot of work in this game though...Shunex - VR14 Templar - Heal Slave

MonkHood✭@Shunex, I can understand your point of view however an estimation is not that difficult, its not the first time they have done this. When management ask's for a time frame administration has to give management a time frame.
All they have to do is put that information on the forums or tweeter to inform their clients, it is appropriate business conduct. If the Administrators said to management they don't know, I doubt they will keep their jobs for very long.0 -

i agree they put it up saying that theres downtime it wouldnt be hard to add the eta.
in saying that where downtime is concerned people will alway QQ sadly
