Bolt escape issues

Anyone else having problems with using bolt escape? Mine doesn't seem to stun and sometimes doesn't even move me forward. Sometimes it will only do that once - I push the button again, and it jolts me forward for the price of 2 casts, but other times it simply stops moving me forward period.
Also, and this may or may not be related, sometimes my spells simply won't fire regardless that I'm button mashing.

jep , happens way too often, not to mention there is no projectile absorb as stated in the tooltip
write a bug report, as we have all done (and gets not fixed)

Morbus2✭✭✭Bolt Escape is not working. You have to relog to get it to work and even then it will stop working again in one or two minutes. Be sure to report the bug in-game because ZoS will do nothing about it here. But feel free to beat the dead horse if you feel the need too. Who knows, maybe you'll get there attention and ZoS will actually fix a bug without causing two new ones.0
