Shrouded Pass Wayshrine and Doomcrag Area - How to get To?

Hi guys
In the Rivenspire zone, how do you get up to the area containing the Shrouded Pass wayshrine and Doomcrag etc?
I thought I could access it by following the coast from Northpoint around the north west coast, but I'm buggered if I can find the way up there! I can only find the area around the Staging Grounds wayshrine, but no way up to Shrouded Pass. Also, is there a quest line for that area?

Hopefully, if I can either find an un-bugged phase for that quest (unlikely) or it is patched, that area may become open :-)0 -

BaybansSoul ShrivenOk Swimming is involved but not much...if you really need guidance and I thank the poster before me. Head to Northpoint Wayshrine and then get on yer horse and ride around the coast...some swimming involved but not too much.Remember that silence is sometimes the best answer1 -
Go to the northeast. Then west along the road along the north coast, should be a short ride. Where the road wants to turn right and end short after, instead look left. You should see a large rock / tunnel formation, just go through that. Dumb tunnel will make you go by foot. Then just keep heading south west along the land.Edited by PermaGrin on May 30, 2014 9:46PM3
