Finding a group as a higher level to complete dungeon in other alliances?

Hi, I have a problem I haven't been able to figure out.

I'm a level 34 Dragonknight built as a tank (Aldmeri Dominion). How would I find a group to complete a dungeon in another area, if I'm a much higher level? For example, I can travel to Spindleclutch, but I go straight to the dungeon ... so I can't /zone shout in the outside area. The grouping thing doesn't work 'cause to find a group for the dungeon Spindleclutch, for example, it looks for levels like 12-14 or something.

Thoughts? Other than arranging through guild

You need to go to the zone that has that dungeon tier in your own alliance and say Tank LFG Spindleclutch etc. Mentioning your level may interest people additionally. You can also do the same in the zone following that tier because sometimes people aren't ready for the dungeon until they hit the next zone. BTW you should have no trouble soloing Spindleclutch at 34 if you wanted to do that instead.

Thanks for the tips, they make sense. Regarding soloing Spindleclutch ... LOL good thing I play as a Tank, because I must suck at DPS or have wrong abilities/etc cause I almost died clearing the first room

. Maybe I just spaced or something, though ... I might try again.
