[Sorceror] Endless Fury not restoring magicka

Has anyone else noticed this? I'm using Endless Fury to finish off enemies, and even though I'm killing them with it, it's not replenishing my magicka like it should.

Dimmur✭✭Yes, it is not working after 1.1.2 AT ALL
Somehow 1.1.2 managed to make it completely bugged instead of a small fix to it. (1.1.2 was never tested on PTS, so that explains how it is even possible).
Endless Fury is NEVER restoring magicka until it is fixed/rolled back.0
