Multi-screen changes in latest release??

I use a two-monitor setup. Before the most recent release, I have been able to play ESO fullscreen on one monitor, and have websites, information, forums, guides, etc up on my other monitor. Whenever in cursor mode, I can move freely to the other monitor and click, then click back into the game.

However, since the update, my other monitor is blacked out, and my cursor is bound to the game window unless I Alt+Tab out of the game, first.

Can there be an option to let me choose which behavior the game has, concerning multi-screens? I mainly just don't want my additional monitor(s) blacked out.

Now that you mention it: They did make some changes with the Window mode settings. Something about this was in the Addon API patchnotes.
So it propably forgot/misinterpreted the stored value as "Fullscreen" (what the Op has now) instead "Windows Fullscreen" (what the OP had before the update)
