I think you can join the same guild but can they team to do Spindleclutch and such?

    No.
    There are essentially 6 separate servers.

    Only thing cross server possible is PvP (and only against each other), mail and guild functionality.

    booo - my friends all went daggerfall. I supposed in a year there will be faction switching...:P
