Self-revive will now properly return you at full health, rather than 40%.

Why does it take my char the same amount of time to get back into the action? It seems to be nothing more than semantics really. The end result is the same. I'm invisible and can't do sh*t until the game decides I'm ready, and it never happened until full health anyway.
