Are these for real? (VR12 Armor sets)

More specifically the Wise Man, Quick Serpent and Immortal Warrior Set

If these are true, these are just messed up...
The medium armor's 5set option is completely lackluster compared to the other 2.
Attack and move speed? For 3 seconds? On kill?
Heck, I think it fits more on a generic 3set greens than a VR12 Purple Armors.

And the light armor is still the best...nothing new here, since it doesn't have any time limitations to trigger it. (Med needs a kill, Heavy occurs once per hour)

Hadn't seen these before. I agree it is pretty messed up for medium armor's 5 piece set bonus...If these are indeed the correct stats

They are trying to keep to the Light armor for magicka, med for stamina, heavy for health. Until they realize Magika builds are more common then Stamina builds this does seem wacky. If they balance it, then med armor becomes more useful. I play a NB and do run MEd armor just for sneaking bonus and crit. Hooray for Siphoning strikes to regen my mana!

But the problem here isn't which stats is given by the set bonus, it's the last set opt, which supposed to be like the utility bonus.
Light armor's bonus sounds exactly like the Night Mother set, except that you just need to attack it, no need to crit and with seemingly indefinite duration.

I personally thought they should make the option to something like:
"Increases the invincibility window of dodge. Increase the damage of your next attack by X% after a successful dodge."
It kinda fits with the name "Quick Serpent"

Similar effect is already in, with this armor (just without the dodge bonus and it only applies to light/heavy attacks)

To make things worse the 5pc from the medium set is currently bugged and does nothing at all.

Seriously? Great...just great...
It seems ZOS really hate Stamina & Med armor build in general.

But hey, look on the bright side. The opt isn't that useful anyway, so you don't miss much even if it's bugged.

Sarcasm aside, the only way I could see this opt is deemed worthy if the attack and movement speed bonus is actually very high. As in 200-300% bonus. I mean heck it's only 3s, it should be very strong if it has that short of a duration.
Look at Mark Target's buff on kill. It lasted 30s if I'm not mistaken.

Just like there are only two classes in the game, (DK and Sorcs), there is also only two armor classes. Light and Heavy

Medium armor is the same as Templar's and NB, they are not required.

To think that I actually trusted ZOS to fix the balance, instead they added more imbalances with each new updates.

Of course some people would say, "You can wear any armor anyway, just wear the light armor," but then why did they even made the medium armor in the first place? And personally, I don't want my NB to wear robes...

If this keeps up, I doubt they will ever make NB and Templar on par with DK and Sorc.

I'm not looking forwards to the balance being adjusted for Templar and NB, given the way they keep overshooting it'll be crazy.

I used the quick serpent set on a DK on PTS and it was actually really fun.
I went into a dungeon, and after i killed a group of enemies with 2k DPS i ran so fast to the next group etc. I was basically doing a speed run of a dungeon lol, fastest dungeon completion ever.

I like the unassailable set for heavy, I was actually just about to roll a new toon since I felt I had nothing left to strive for on my main.

Are these all found in Trials in Craglorn? Anywhere else to get these?

On the wiki, just click on a Set, and a new page will appear, which will have more info on the set : where it is looted, the levels at which they can appear, etc.

By the way, I believe this wiki was recently updated to fit the 1.3 new sets bonus, so it's pretty accurate.
