Somehow Two-Handed weapons have very potent sneak attacks compared to other melee weapons. And yes, Sneak Uppercut works and deals monstruous damage. Or you can just Heavy attacks, it still hits like a truck and it will hit a secondary target for 25% of the damage and stun it if you also get it from behind.
