Way too many bots in Root Sunder Ruins!

I walk into Root Sunder Ruins because i need some hide to craft an armor set and i find like 5 "htuigfkjd" characters running back and forth in the lower level hallway, preventing me from getting a hit on a Tiger or alligator. Can something be done about this for the people actually trying to sit down and enjoy ESO?

vmoped✭✭I am now completely convinced that Zenimax is trying to capture the bot/exploiter/spammer market. I report bots/exploiters/spammers daily yet there they are day after day the same ones, getting the same in game mails, nothing done. It is becoming increasingly apparent that my sub means nothing in comparison to the army of exploiters/botters/spammers as far as Zenimax is concerned (or lack thereof).
