issues with templars

i have been playing a templar since launch and i only had difficulties with certain bosses however now in veteran 4 area of ali'kir desert i can no longer solo the monsters and i have since it was available used ransack crippling slash biting jabs luminous shards/unstoppable and if it was needed lingering ritual and shield bash/ 1h axe and my ultimate was empowering sweep now this build no longer works for me a customer service rep told me veteran content was not meant to be solo'ed but my guild mates say that is not true and they can solo it no problem, so my question to everyone is what can i do differently to be able to solo veteran 4 areas since my build is no longer effective

There is currently only two classes in this game, DK and Sorcs.
Templar's and NB are just 'extras' that have not been removed yet.

don't get me wrong, post it a thousand times, I'm not offended... but it seems like maybe you took the death a little too hard.

fyrefenix✭✭✭i just want people mainly zenimax to be aware of how the double nerf to templars affects our melee tanking abilities in veteran areas for trash mobs and questing. its a crying shame that i was told by a ZoS to level up a bow so much for playing how i want to play this bloody game has become the elder mages online featuring archers, i mean why heavy armor with over charged stats not be beneficial against a beetle or other trash/questing mobs....
i should probably just play a different game until zenimax gets their game together
im kind of not motivated to level a different class at the moment because what if they nerf that one or mess it up then thats twice quite frankly im going to take a eso vacation.
the games got great voice acting a nice questing system.
they need to balance the classes and make them better or weaken the solo questing monsters/and trash mobs
