Game freezes for 3 to 5 seconds

Just running around town and the game seizes up for 3 to 5 seconds. This has happened 3 times in 10 minutes. It is extremely annoying. This was allegedly fix a couple of patches ago but came back on the patch before Craglorn. It has gotten worse today.

✭✭I found they did something to revert the requested threads .ini fix.
If you were using that you need to reset the value.
