Player craftable costumes, as well as the assorted looted/quest ones (maybe make those unlock as craftable after the associated quest completes?). Also a separate inventory tab that does not occupy standard bag/bank storage to hold all the costumes. Because after a while, you will have a healthy number of costumes for all occasions, and no damn space to store them.
