I thought I read something about animation smoothing or something in the patch notes. I don't remember off hand. However, it seems Templar skills have been slowed. It seems there is some type of delay now between skill usage. It doesn't really seem to matter which skill it is, all of them appear to be affected.

It really slows down the pace of battle. Is this intended or am I just ''seeing'' things?
