Critical chance of class skills

Hey, I don't know if this is mentioned, but I'm not gonna run 3 or 4 pages back. I play a NB and have 7/7 medium armour. My weapon crit chance is about 30% and my spell crit is 5.5%
Which crit chance affects class based skills like veiled strike, killers blade etc? I seem to crit with those (especially killers blade as a finisher) much more often than 5.5%
Also does spell damage boost those skills?

ConciseRex✭✭Melee range abilitys such as Veiled Strike, Killers Blade, maybe Teleport strike use Melee crit but there damage is proportional to Magika (Which is messed up) others like Strife, Agony etc should be spell crit but I am not 100% on that. I have 55.6% weapon crit and Veiled Strike crits every other hit but my Cripple ticks crit not as often so that makes me assume they use different chances. The ones that use Weapon Crit should use Weapon damage and vice versa
