Will the regular maintenance still be happening today at 8 AM EDT? Or will this quick restart replace it??

    I'd say 50/50.

    On the one hand i know ZOS will be leery to cause anymore unnecessary downtime for players after this past weekend, but on the other i would assume they are trying like hell to stabilize the game.

    Guess we will have to see in a few hours.
