We Need a toggle skill slot, maybe 2!

I don't mind the 5 slots, except for my toggle skills, having to use 2/10th of my slots for leaching strikes for example is annoying. I would love to just be able to turn these on and off without dedicating part of the skill bar like a normal skill

Gwarok✭✭✭I moved my hot key for my ultimate ability to "T" and removed quest journal toggle (don't ask, it just works well with my eye hand coordination). If I understand @mmark516 correctly, I +1 insightful his comment. It would be nice to be able to either "Shift", "Alt" or "Ctrl" +"T" for my other ultimate without having to swap weapons. Or please give us a #6 hot key. I've been fine with the default setup up til now. ✭I'm not big into the requests for more skill slots, but I do agree a single slot for toggle abilities would be nice. As long as toggle abilities are frequent enough to warrant them.
I know my nightblade has at least one. Don't know how often they exist in other classes though.

XBOX NARuze is a veteran of the PC Beta, lived through the year one drought, survived the buy-to-play conversion, and has stepped foot in the hells known as Craglorn. He mained a nightlbade when nightblades weren't good, and has never worn a robe. He converted from PC during the console betas, and hasn't regretted it a moment since.
He'd rank ESO:TU (in it's current state) a 4.8 out of 5, loving the game almost entirely.
This is an multiplayer game. I should be able to log in, join a dungeon, join a battleground, queue for a dolmen or world boss or delve, teleport in, play for 20 minutes, and not worry about getting kicked, failing to join, having perfect voice coms, or being unable to complete content because someone's lagging behind. Group Finder and matchmaking is broken. Take a note from Destiny and build a system that allows from drop-in/drop-out functionality and quick play.1 -
