Achievements not registering and display incorrect info.

I'm not sure If this was post patch or pre patch but my achievements are all screwed up. I'm going to submit a bug today, I'm just gathering all the info I need to make sure it's a full bug report.
As of now stuff does not read right. Example Glenumbra quests: 2/52, currently I have completed every quest in glenumbra. So something is not right with this. There are other ones but I'll put those in my bug report nice I gather the info. I just want to know does ZOS know about this and are they doing anything? I realize they are probably more concerned with more crippling bugs this weekend judging by the hot fixes they released this weekend but I really just want to know if this will be looked into in the future.

KitLightning✭✭✭✭Me thinks that the biggest achievement in this game, is to be the last aboard the sinking ship... I knows, its hard to hold on the railing whilst the ships bow rockets skyward, as is the anticipation of "the great suck" into the abyss.
