Account banned for 2nd time for no reason, reinstated for 2nd time, almost all gold missing now.

My account was banned for the SECOND time, for no reason. It was recently reinstated for the SECOND time for, no reason. After I waited 48 hours for a response.

So I log in, reluctantly, annoyed, discouraged, only to find out all my characters have 0 gold on them. All items are in tact, all gear fine, guild bank, totally there. All bank items are there. The gold I kept IN THE BANK is there. But the 20k I kept on each mule and the money on the 2 main characters have both been reset to 0.

How long will I have to wait for this to be fixed? The only 1 out of my 8 characters that has their gold is the 1 character I was playing when I was banned. So now, I have 22,000 gold + what was in the bank. I'm missing all my gold, and I have about 60 mails I have to pay for from the people that farmed for me all weekend while I couldn't play. How am I supposed to pay them?

What is wrong with this company..?

How long will this ticket take? 3 weeks?

No I wasn't hacked, No I don't do anything against the Terms of Service. If I did, I wouldn't have been reinstated twice. Unbelievable practices. Stop banning innocent people, WHY WIPE THE GOLD ON A BANNED ACCOUNT IF THEY'RE BANNED??

Fix my account, and fix it now. Not tomorrow, Not next week, NOW.

idk sounds like you were hacked, your gold is gone cuz the person who hacked you sent it off to someone else. that is usually what happens

I was not hacked, if I was hacked I wouldn't have been banned while playing, the hackers also wouldn't have left stacks of upgrade materials on my characters. They also would've taken the 300k from my bank. Zenimax would've said "you were hacked" not "you were caught in the ban wave we are sorry"

If he bought gold the account should be banned. Given that they reinstated it, it seems likely that he didn't.

I never heard of people paying other people to farm for them, is this normal in mmo's ?
Maybe you can give a reference to why this is normal?

I've seen it plenty. If you have high level crafters it's more efficient to have an arrangement where others send you stuff they harvest regularly, and you make finished products to sell.

It usually doesnt work in MMOs with auction houses, but since this game does not have an auction house, I built a network of suppliers as well and used to pay them higher than the average market rate on various gathered items to keep them loyal.Lot of high end crafters do that in this game

Sometimes when you buy Gold or have Gold bought from RMT , they take it . Sounds like somewhere Gold was being used that was gained from RMT activity !

Hmmm, I would check my "employees" credentials before paying them anything, you know, we live in a dangerous world...

What about some or even all the farmers paid by the said high end crafters being bots?

Some could say: "I don't care from where nor how they get the supplies." Whatever, I care and I think ZOS care as well.

Don't get me wrong, I really hope all innocent players don't pay for the cheaters.

You need to submit a ticket about the disappeared gold. Only ZOS can answer that one. It't entirely possible you got hacked, then banned because of the hacker's activities and then unbanned. Probably unlikely though.

More likely he farmed motif books by using the exploit to log in/out knowingly and then reaped the profits by selling those books for the going rate of 100k and banked the cash flow. Play the game normally, such things don't happen.

"Sounds like" "maybe" I'm glad you guys are on the ball..clearly if I had broken the terms of service, I wouldn't have been reinstated, twice. Clearly, if the gold wipe was a punishment of some type and not a mistake due to incompetence of Zenimax robo-bans and robo customer service they would've removed the gold from the bank, not apologized for a wrongful ban and given compensatory game time. When I got through to customer service today after a mere 110 minute hold time, they of course could only note my ticket and escalate it.

This post wasn't meant to hear people who don't know how to play mmos cry, it was meant to draw attention to the fact that they are still robo banning legit accounts, and can't even reactivate them properly.

The fact that you think 300k is a lot of gold also speaks volumes. You'd cry if you knew what was missing.

Anyways, fix my problem Zenimax, fix it now.
