Reaper's March main quest?

So, I just finished Malabal Tor and am about to hit veteran rank 5, but I cannot find the quest that starts the main story quest for Reaper's March. Where can I find the quest that starts that zone?

After completing the main quest in The Silvanar(the city), Lord Gharesh-ri should give you the breadcrumb quest to Reaper's March, named The Dark Mane

I'm having the same issue, I can't find where to start this quest. It's really irking me.

I never found it, but you can pick up the main quest for the zone in the first city you come into in reapers march.
