Shriekscorn (Crow's Wood Public Dungeon)

Has anyone who've spotted this champion yet knows whereabouts does he spawn?

It was the first champion I encountered. The Giant bat is behind you about 15 meters after you clime up the first tunnel after the burned house, where you first see ghosts and bats around

Is this guy's spawn timer incredibly slow or is he bugged? I've waited at what I believe is his spawn location multiple times, for multiple hours.

There's an image on the wiki that displays the location of where all the champions in crow's wood spawn. Shriekscorn's location on that image is wrong. Follow redcomgeolieb's advise above or the written explanation of where Shriekscorn is on the wiki to find it.

I was having trouble finding him, and these were the hints I had:

Image of all Bosses, but it's incorrect
Located on the cliff overlooking the burned cabin. Go through the tunnel that leads from the cabin toward the witch's tower. Pass all the spiders, up the stairs. At the top of the stairwell exit, turn right and go along the edge of the top of the hallway. The cliff is a short walk back, and skriekscon is in the far corner. - From Elder Scrolls Wikia

I finally found him as he was where the second bullet point said. But rather than "far corner", he was more like directly behind the hallway.

Here is a screenshot with minimap where I killed Shriekscorn. He looks the same as the Giant Bats only slightly bigger. The spawn rate does seem to be quite low. It took me a very long time to find him on my own. Seemed to spawn more often when I was part of a group.

Not to necro this, but this miniboss is bugged and won't grant the achievement if you kill it not solo, you can't be on group at all. I'm 4/5 due to this, will try later.

You have to get the killing hit to receive the credit

Yup, working as intended. Mind you, the intent is terrible, just a really awful idea, but still, as intended.

Odd. I WAS in a group of 2 and my partner got the achievement, bit I didn't. $:\$
