Honestly , from me and , im sure , from tons of other player who also enjoy ADDONs , a big THANK YOU! For everyone creating them.

Im sure that , just like in any other TES modding community , dont matter which ADDON is created someone will enjoy that work and be glad to have sure nice people making our gaming experience better.

Cant there be a thank you section for ESO as a game too?

Btw, seriously now, am I just stupid for not using any addons even though ESO supports them?

I REALLY need more skyshards and it takes quite some time to find them. But its to fun for me to just have a map where they are!

I guess it depends how you are. I used to be the same way, Played the game to experience the world. Explore and just generally enjoy myself. Somewhere around lvl 40 I got back into WoW mode, noticed that I was a lagger compared to everyone else and also just recently just changed my entire build to make grouping easier.

its too bad, I wish Bethsada had just released another single player game. I spent almost 2 years just messing around on each of the other titles. This game I just powered through like a Job and stopped enjoying around level 30.

My advice, don't DL all the ultra-handy Addons. Play out the main story at your own pace. I deviated and am now left with a month left on my sub in a game that after the main story honestly doesn't have much left to offer.

--Except for PvP, which I really want to try but can't with the persistent Mac Memory Bleed Bug.

OH, I don't use a single addon.

If I find an addon that adds or fixes something that doesnt effect my gameplay, Like a WORKING searchfunction of guild stores with search by name. That I would get. BUT, those Ive seen works...breaks. works...sometimes not. Nah....much faster to look the way it is.

there are actualy 2 addon for that function... and guess what.. the name is "guild store shearch" and "guild store searcher"... quite hard to find

All we need now is you mod developers to be able to fix the game and create it as it was supposed to be (shame that's not possible at present)
Great work, and thank you for spending the time to create stuff, that the company was to lazy and thought was cheaper to let others do it instead of them.

Aside from the one time it was broken because Zenimax added a timeout for repeated Guild Store seraches (was updated within the day), it has been faithfully working for me since the 2nd week after launch.
Propably a PEBKAC while applying the RTF technique. Sorry, but even the best programmer cannot do anything against those (and frankly they are rare enough that we don't even have to concern ourself with them).

I too want to thank my fellow addon programmers. While I made one myself, I use Addons worth at least half a year of my free time in programming made by others.

It's a bit odd that ESO seems to be almost shy about being a MMO (as far as interface is concerned) and some of the areas need rework (Guild Store Search functions and ability to intercept the full resultset via event). But then again I totally expected something like this when joining a new MMO at launch (instead of 6-24 months after).
As long as Zenimax gives us the tools too polish the interface a bit, they can focus on the hard parts (everything beside the client) without letting us stand in the rain. For me It's social interaction. A nice Setting. And Problems to programm something for. 3 fun things at once.
