Have I run out of skill books?

I have not gotten any skill points from reading books in quite a while, certainly not in V1 and I'm almost V2 and read all the books I run into. Should I stop reading them at this point?

Opioid✭✭✭I stopped reading them a while ago. I'm not sure exactly what the cutoff is, but after a while you stop gaining skill levels from bookshelves once the skills get high enough. At a guess maybe somewhere around 20-25 or so, but I could be wrong.0
