How much HP should I have?

I am a vr2 templar. My points are spread 30 magicka 15 health 4 stamina, I mainly use a destro/reso combo. My Magicka and Magicka regen are orange capped..is there a site or calc that accurately explains what each point does and such? I use light armor (7/7) as well should i mix in heavy or med for hp gains? It was never much of a problem since I have self heals and heals up the wazoo but during the recent trash mob glitch I was dying one shot to 1664 archer dmg..
