Alt-Tab to windows during loading to character menu bug
New error since 1.1.2. Alt tab to windows during the loading screen after a minute or so of waiting will cause other programs in windows to show up behind ESOs game window. This includes the task manager preventing killing the process manually. Returning to ESO gives a black screen and no response. Unable to Alt-f4 out of the program as well. Only solution to kill ESO is to log out of the windows account.

MrBeatDown✭✭✭✭I get a very similar problem if I try to alt -f4 out of game. I have to unplug my comp to fix it. It just freezes my machine up in a black screen. Such a horrid patch. These people need to slow down and think about what there doing. I don't want this game damaging my computer.0

Update: small detail...The loading screen is actually locking up completely. The little symbol in the lower left stops turning and I get no responses. This seems to part of the above problem.
MrBeatDown...yea, don't unplug your computer, just log out of your windows account. Ctrl-Alt Delete and select sign out if possible.0 -
pinstripesc✭✭✭I don't get necessarily the above, but alting out has become a nightmare. It's gone from being totally fine to freaking out my entire system - freezing cursor/mouse wheeling in any other program, extremely slow responsiveness, graphical errors. Routinely get black screen after quitting the game that has on occasion only been fixable through hard computer restart.0
