Provisioning Materials in Craglorn Broken ?

i went to craglorn hoping to have finaly have access to VR level provisioning materials.
what i found is that the results from crates sacks and barels is worst then in coldharbor.
on craglorn, the VR 10+ PVE aerea i find ....... beef, lvl 40-45 provisioning mats, and other level 40 stuff. very rarely lvl 45-50, extremly rarely lvl 50
no imperial stock. nothing vr 5
if this is working as intended it is utterly sick

Dirigible✭✭You can buy imperial stock in case you aren't aware. Look at the Chef's in some of the veteran cities.0

thats a bug, it can t be that you need to buy mats for gold to craft in 1 profesion only0
