Greetings!

We are a veteran-run, military-style, international multi-game Outfit. You can expect a highly organized unit that provides training, teamwork, and a professional gaming attitude. Roughly half of our members are active-duty military, retired, prior service, and/or combat veterans.

Our sizable presence in PlanetSide 2, MechWarrior Online, Star Citizen, and Star Wars: The Old Republic translates to a lot of boots on the ground for Elder Scrolls Online, so we've added ESO to our roster of frequented games to get even more people in on the action.

A military background is by no means a requirement. We are ambitious; we're in this game for both competition and fun. BWC supports a diverse range of play styles in Elder Scrolls Online, including the four broadest, Casual PvE, Raiding PvE, Casual PvP, and Competitive PvP.

No level, gear, or experience requirements are in place for joining BWC. We run trainings in each individually supported game that allow every member, new or established, to advance in their skill and understanding as far as they are willing to push themselves, and ESO is no exception.

With over 50 active members in BWC-ESO, we're looking to expand our already heavy daily line-up of activities even further by bringing new friends to the cause.

ABOUT THE BLACK WIDOW COMPANY

BWC is an award-winning Gaming Outfit which has found success in gaming for over ten years, primarily in first-person shooters and MMOs. In that time we have built a solid reputation in online gaming as an Outfit that believes in integrity, fair play, teamwork, and dedication. That reputation has not only carried over to great relationships among the larger gaming community, but also to game developers such as Riot Games, Sony Online Entertainment, Piranha Games, and, most recently, Cloud Imperium Games.

We are military themed and active in multiple online games. There is a dedicated chain of command that oversees our well-over 1000 active members. BWC has created and maintains our own Meta Game with our established Battle Decorations Program that allows members to earn awards based upon activity and levels of participation.

BWC operates under a clearly defined Standard Operation Procedure which serves as our charter and code of conduct. This SOP sets the expectations that BWC maintains for all members at all times. Members may enter as a recruit, and after completing the recruit process to achieve their first promotion to Private, they can choose to remain there or engage in the Meta Game for recognition and promotion. BWC maintains a Rank and Promotion Points System that echoes the US Army's ranking structure. We expect all our members to embrace what we call “BWC Bearing” and conduct their gaming business as the quiet professionals we've established ourselves as.

Players who elect to sign on with BWC can expect to find their brothers-in-arms ready and willing to support them on the virtual battlefield and beyond. We practice teamwork, communication, and coordination. Our reputation as a military-style unit truly began in the world's first and only true MMO-FPS, PlanetSide. Ever since the closed beta days we have applied lessons learned on the virtual battlefield as well as real world battlefields, from small unit tactics to combined arms assaults. We've taken those lessons a step further and are a renowned, award-winning scenario Paintball team with a reputation for frontline grunts, hard hitting spec-ops tactics, and a Never Quit attitude.

We apply our “ONE TEAM, ONE FIGHT” mentality in every game we play, and to everything we do, without risking or compromising our desire or our ability to have a lot of fun at the same time. I joined BWC in November of 2012 for Mechwarrior Online.

Since then I have branched out to play games like Planetside 2, Arma 3 and now Elder Scrolls Online, and I am really looking forward to playing Star Citizen.

This gaming outfit is now my home, at BWC we conduct ourselves with the same level of discipline and comradery as one would expect from a Veteran founded and run outfit.

I myself served many years ago, active duty Marine Corps as an Infantry Rifleman, and as far as a gaming organization goes, I look no further than right here.

You don't have to be a veteran to join, and there are a lot of good people in our ranks who are not veterans, but if you are a veteran and a gamer, I believe you will find this to be your new band of brothers.

When applying you should keep in mind though, that we are highly organized when we conduct our operations.

We do have a casual level of play in certain games, ESO supports this especially, such as solo game play or small group play, and so on.

But when we get together for an operation that everyone signs up for, its combat comms on Teamspeak 3, with a command structure, and everyone working as a team to ensure a victory and a good time.

So come one and come all to BWC, but be ready for that level of play when you do join.

Another thing that I thought was great about this organization is that we have classes and training, in part to teach people how to be better at the games they are playing, and also to develop leadership skills, and encourage more participation within our community.

As a veteran myself, I looked for a gaming group that had a similar mindset to myself. I have found that quite well here in BWC. BWC is more than just a guild that plays games together, one of which being the group we have here in ESO on the AD side, but they also care about each other.

BWC is a great gaming community, It offers many different games for
it's members to take part of as a large cohesive team. Several months ago
I nearly quit playing the game Planetside 2 due to boredom as a wasn't
playing with a great group of gamers at the time. Since then I've greatly
enjoyed playing PS2 as well as got into the other games such as ESO which
I would have never known about if not for BWC.

I was playing Planetside 2 and realized that I really need to be in an outfit. I checked out the PS2 forums and found BWC. I read comments much like the ones you may be reading today. I'm so happy that I'm a member of Black Widow Company, otherwise I would not be playing ESO. I saw the trailers from the game but wasn't drawn into it without
knowing about the gameplay that BWC informed me about. I bought the game shortly after release The gameplay in this game is truly unique and very enjoyable to play. The PVP is great as well, siege warfare with a close group of BWC supporting is always fun.

Grinding and leveling solo can really be a lonely experience. Once you have reached max level and start trying end game content, it can even get frustrating. Trying to do public and private dungeons solo is hard. Unless you drastically out level the content, you have to rely on groups. Grouping with pugs can be frustrating as there is typically very little coordination going on. On the other hand, grouping with the players here in BWC, there is a bunch of coordination that goes into everything we do that makes clearing the dungeons much easier.

One of the great things about BWC is the diversity of the player base. I can always find members playing ESO or any of the other games we play. That being said I have never felt like I was a ' small cog in a large machine' even though we are a large organization.

It is much more fun to play with a group of people.The people in BWC are a great group.The way BWC is run makes it so much more fun.(No drama)They make you feel right at home from the start.I can't see myself not playing with BWC.

BWC members regulary run operations with each other. Scheduled events planned for PVP and PVE usually daily which members can sign up for in advance to coordinate group activities. Our group members are very helpful and generous when it comes to aiding both fellow guildies and other members in the ESO community. BWC also has a forum dedicated to ESO where crafters and guildies can communicate outside of the game all hours.

What do you think BWC-ESO brings to the table that other outfits lack?

Organization.The military style BWC has in running things make it so much nicer to get things done and work things out.It is so much smother and with a chain of command you know who to talk to if you need something.Plus everyone is always eager to help out there fellow members.In game and out of game.

BWC, as a military themed organization, really excels at training. Training to be better - both for solo play, and working together as a group. There are also many individuals that have researched their class quite well, so they can help out with builds and strategy on how to min/max your character to their best potential. All of these things are a great bonus to us in the ESO community so that we can excel in whatever we do.

BWC's One Team, One Fight Motto applies throughout all of it's fully and semi
supported games. Everyone moving as a cohesive and flowing group to the same
objective makes the game easier for the individuals as well as for the whole group.
Whether in PVP or PVE, having all of your group together covering your back is always more enjoyable than going and doing something solo, without any help.

BWC's "One team, One fight" motto means we don't leave anyone behind. While questing, we don't go running on ahead and leave our party members to fight their way to us. This also means that we will help our members out that aren't quite on our level yet - whether by running dungeons with them or by doing world bosses/Dolmens. We work together as a team, regardless of whether us helping means that we won't get any EXP/loot. We help each other out here in BWC.

One unified team is greater than the sum individual parts. As a support healer class, I'm used to getting focused and insta-killed. Running with my fellow BWC members, even if it is only just another player; I've seen my amount healed during a game easily quadruple. In some of the larger matches, I've healed 10 times what I would typically be doing. It's really amazing what teamwork can do. Join BWC and you'll experience what I am talking about.

Playing with dedicated guild members is always great. With the ability to speak with each other on teamspeak, the difficulties of dungeons becomes so much easier. The best times that I've had with BWC is grouping up and blazing through all of the other factions dungeons and getting all of those sky shards very rapidly. Having the opportunity to play with BWC is great and if you ever lose interest in ESO, there are so many other great games that BWC supports for it's members.

All of them.When you are playing together.It is so much more fun.Quests go smoother.Dungeons easier.You always have backup.If there is something you don't know.Just ask.Someone always has a answer for you.

My most notable experience with BWC for PVE was probably Spindleclutch back in beta. Me and a buddy decided to go in there just the 2 of us and see how it went. Despite multiple deaths, mostly due to trying to clear the dungeon at level, we got all the way to the first boss and was able to clear it, some how. Of course, we could not continue past that point, but it was still hilarious just running through there the 2 of us having fun.
