Nerf on crafted traits

I have full legendary.
I just noticed that my daggers give 3.5% crit hit each, was 4% before patch.
Divines give 7.5% was 8% before patch
Infused give 20% as before patch
same with reinforced 8% the otehrs I do not know, because I do not have those items, fell free to post and fill in.
Or did I miss this when I read through the patch notes?
