Are there issues with some Nvidia cards?

My specs

AMD FX 8350 4.0Ghz
MSI GTX 780 ti OC
8GB Ram
Asus sabretooth 990fx
Windows 8.1 64bit

Hoping someone honest can help, cause I'm not sure if some people are *** me or are telling the truth.

In heavily built up areas, for example the Blacksmith area in Riften. I must of had 50 or more players on my screen at once crafting, with others running back and forth. My fps in that situation can be 24-30 fps. I get 60 plus everywhere else, out in the wilds, dungeons etc.

I have chatted to lots of players with similar rigs to mine and they are all boasting about 50-60+ fps in the same situations. Now either they are lying or something is not right with my computer, I'm really not sure which.

Does anyone have a rig similar to mine that can help.

And please, I know my amd isn't as good as Intel. So I could really do without the "AND sux Intel is better" lingo please.

Thank you

Nvidea cards do seem to have some issues with ESO which I think people are hoping will be addressed in a new driver release.

My frame rates drop significantly in cities (sometimes under 25 fps) and is really noticeable. Inadequate CPUs can bottleneck this as there is a lot going on in cities but the usual suggestion with frame rate issues is to drop the view distance slider; Geforce Experience sets mine to 100 when optimising the game; I'm finding that setting it to 60 on my system speeds cities up enough without any noticeable drop in quality.

    Thank you for the reply.

So the people that have rigs similar to ours saying they are getting 60 fps in cites on max settings are full of it I guess?
