somehow any change at all is being hailed as a nerf these days. so far i havent seen anything changed that wasnt a bug or oversight except maybe vampires ability reduction, and seeing that vamps are still very powerful and worthwhile... I started a vamp after the "nerf" its very powerful still.

How is rebalance a word? So it's been "balanced" then re-balanced? Sounds like it wasn't fixed the first time.

A nerf is a change that reduces the effectiveness of something. So yeah, nerfs.

but if its a bug making it effective, then fixing the bug... they say that shild bash wasnt working as intended and changed it. thats not a nerf thats fixing it.

rebalance is a word because they didnt intend for things to be unbalanced when they balanced it in the first place. because of this they have to continually rebalance. which people generally call balancing

Luckily both 'nerf' and 'buff' end in an 'f'. I've been trying to get "buffixed" into the lexicon but 'nerfixed' should work as well. They're a portmanteau so very intuitive and easy to understand. Pass it around. No attribution necessary.
