Stages of vamprism

So I finally just became a vampire the other day. Currently level 32. Became a vamp at 30.
Now looking at the stages the only thing positive is that stage 4 is like a 21% reduction using vampire abilities. This is great and all But I don't find it that useful. I'm a healer and have a pretty big magicka pool. The only vamp Ability I'll probably be using is the drain essence (I believe that's what it's called. The first ability you get) Mist form was thinking of getting but cant seem to wanna get rid of something on my bar. Mist form will probably go onto my second bar. Also will be using the ultimate when I unlock it.
So other then that is there any benefits to being stage 4? If not I'll just feed to go back to stage 1. Also does the reduction towards vamprism abilities work with the ultimate as well?
