What is a reasonable time interval to wait for an account suspension review to occur?

Hi,
I am new to MMO's and PC gaming...moved over from XBox. ESO is my first MMO. Just got to the camp on the newbie island and decided to log out...came back a couple days later and my account was suspended. As far as I know I have been a well behaved player...so I contacted customer support via the reporting mechanism and have received three or so emails over the past several days stating they are looking into the situation...I do not believe it takes this long to look into this particular situation...nothing complicated was going on in my game...I am about level 5 and have been behaving myself.
My trouble ticket #'s are: 140510-060834; 140510-062404

What should I do to get this resolved?
How long does this type of thing typically take to resolve?
If a determination is made that I did not break any rules do I get my free game time back that I lost of no fault of my own?

Thanks,

Newbie

Don't take this wrong, but I bet you've been to one of those goldselling scam sites and got your account most likely jacked from you to spam chats.. and got banned for it.
They don't just throw Bans at random accounts without a reason.

They have made a few mistakes, with bans.
As for how long, I imagine it varies, a few days for some, a week for others, and I have heard of it taking about a month for some.

They made a mistake with mine. I am new to pc mmo's. Loved the other elder scrolls games. I'm banned right now, have been the day after I bought the game. Bought on May 14 with explorer's pack input all codes from game and the next day was banned on the 15th. I have called back 3 different times to customer support. On the 18th it was raised from routine to escalated to routine and had my ticket raised to priority on the 19th at around 5 p.m. CST and am still waiting. I even bought a brand new computer my history has 4 websites eso, yahoo, msnbc, and cnn.

Try calling again, or emailing them.
It sounds like they should have fixed it quickly.

Finally fixed at 11:00 a.m. CST on the 21st of May. Took 6 days and they admitted fault. I log in and find that my 3 characters are without a single gold piece. I really don't see how they could spend about 2 thousand each at the tavern it 6 days unless they got hooked on skooma.

It sounds like you got hacked and your account taken over by gold farmers.

Don't buy gold online! And by the way, I wish I could say your temp ban is the worst of it, but gold farmers could care less about your four dollars for gold. What they are really after is the credit card #s you used to pay for the gold with, and your identity.

I'd keep a close watch on your credit card and account statements, and scan for trojans and key loggers. Usually they embed a key logger into their "thanks for buying gold from our website!" emails. That's how they get into and take over your account afterward. Not to mention that they wipe you out of any gold you bought/plus whatever else you had in there of any value besides.
