[BUG] Veteran Rank 10 Dungeons Still Bugged Loot

The loot that drops in the Veteran Rank 10 dungeons continues to be bugged from PTS.
1. Blue items (jewelry) lack traits entirely. They have an enchant, but have no basic traits on them in the trait slot. This makes them categorically inferior to everything.
2. Purple sets (Ebon, Saviors, etc) have a set bonus and can be enchanted, but have no Traits on them either. This also makes them completely terrible compared to regular gear since basic crafted would be superior.
Also I'll say that Ebon set is pretty lackluster compared to the other two. Adding 100 HP when VR10 mobs are hitting for 500+ is pretty silly. Also is the set +10% healing or just +10 healing? It's pretty vague.

It was +10 to any heal on PTS. Could have changed or become more bugged. But yes ZoS please do fix VR10 dungeon loot. My worm cult set needs some infused and divines on it
