Has anyone really messed with this skill yet? Does the damage scale very well? The synergy seems great if you have a competent group, and the length duration seems like it wouldn't be too difficult to use the synergy (unlike Liquid Lightning where the window is moving at 90 mph).

Ruddertail✭✭✭It's terrible. The damage caps at 400. For the synergy to work everyone has to be on constant lookout for the ball and it has to be fired into a large groups of mobs, and those situations are rarely mana-intensive to begin with.0
