Add some realistic effects to combat

Just for interest, what do people think of some realistic stuff with an abnormal character state in combat, e.g.:
1) Target gets a white screen on stun, that fades out when stun duration ends
2) For a few seconds mixing move keys and skill keys on disorient
3) Randomly scroll and roll camera on knock down
