Bugged Mount

Please fix the huge red glowing orb on the head of the Shadow-Rider Senche radiant apex mount, you can’t even see any details on the mounts whole head or face, because the head itself looks like it’s just a glowing red orb. People spent lots of money or time saving endeavors for this mount, me included, as it’s my favorite mount in the game. I have read the bug appeared with the release of Stonethorn DLC back in 2020. Why would they look over and allow such a horrific bug on a RADIANT APEX MOUNT to persist for 6 years? As you can see from the pictures below, you can’t even see your own character while riding this mount straight ahead because the glow of the bug is so intense. It is currently available in the crown store as of August 27th, until September 17th, with the return of the scalecaller crates. So I figured now would be the perfect time to bring this to attention, especially being the flagship mount of the crate costing a whopping 2500 crown gems. Please fix this mount

Super nice looking during the brief time it had the correct glow, hopefully they will fix it soon!

Just confirming for you all that we do have a bug in for this and are looking at it. It looks like you are on PlayStation, @DarkDismal? Is that right?

I forgot about this, mainly because I stopped using this mount after the update that 'borked' it.

This might be the very first time I see it officially acknowledged so... yay?

Also, this behaviour can be observed on PC as well.

As a follow-up, we have a fix in progress for this and it will go out with a future patch or update.

That is correct. Hopefully fixed by update 51, I can’t look at this abomination for another 4 months 😂

Honestly since now we know they are going to fix it soon, I’d go ahead and get it regardless of update 51 fix or not, cause many people probably skipped over this mount because of it being bugged for so many years. Now’s your chance to have a sick unique mount that’s probably one of the least owned radiant apexes in the game.

I am so glad this is finally going to be fixed! I've had this mount for many, many years and have been so disappointed with it since it was broken by whatever lighting update affected it. Similarly, the Galvanic Storm Steed radiant apex from the same crates also has the issue of the lights being visible through your character's body.
