If I ever actually get into actively building and of the many location I own I will go/be forever broke in this game lol.
Have all the for gold purchasable houses as well as 2 or 3 crown only ones that caught my eye as a possibility and had excess ESO + crowns stocked up on.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭Other (Too many reasons to list so please comment)Honestly if it wasn't for the forum topic I'd forget the Luxury Vendor even exists for weeks or months at a time. So I usually check the forum topic rather than the vendor and only go there if there's something I want to buy.
I only buy stuff I expect to use, but that's a mix of things I have a place for right now and things I like and would use but don't have a spot for yet. Mostly I buy plants and ornaments and stuff which can make a house look like it's lived in and used rather than simply bare furniture, because those can be hard to find otherwise. Like the orcish bear and mammoth statues and the baskets of rugs.
