HOW????
go through the gate, sealord on ground. Attack him, once his health start to go down, he summons his 2 vipers and goes up onto the platform with his shields up...
Kill the vipers , he stays up on the platform with the shields up, 30 minutes to an hour of attacking him, his shields will not drop. Stand at the side, the NPC Resets and comes down with full health.. Best I can do is 22% of his health remaining before he goes up on the platform..
How do you do this???
