Wayshrine Navigation Chart DOES NOT open Fargrave or The Deadlands

I understand that Fargrave and The Deadlands are supposed to exist on some kind of external plane or whatever, I don't care about the lore. The Wayshrine Navigation Chart should open up access to all wayshrines, not just the base game wayshrines. Chalk this one up to another useless item that takes up valuable storage space.
Please fix this omission ZOS.

✭✭✭✭✭my understanding of that item is that it opens all of the wayshrines of the zone your currently in when used, not all wayshrines in the entire game
i havent really been able to make use of those items mostly because a large portion of my toons already have wayshrine access to every zone (or at least one of my 100ish houses can access almost every zone)plays PC/NA

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the home tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, aetherial well, and grandmaster stations (fully filled out with current game), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them
in progress: acquiring mundus stones (currently only have the thief)

I've used them to give characters who haven't completed the main story access to all of Coldharbour wayshrines, so that shouldn't be a factor...2 -

Oh that's a good idea!
I wasted one because I didn't realise it only works for the zone you're in at the time, I thought it would give you at least 1 wayshrine in each zone. Another good option is Solstice if you haven't completed the storyline far enough to unlock the eastern side of the island.0 -

✭It doesn’t work for High Isle either. It does work for Western Skyrim and unlocks all Blackreach shrines at the same time.0
