I was outside the hallway from the main boss in obsidian scar just wrapped up getting all my crown crates and I had a few older ones left over that I like to save. I like to open them up in a certain way and time Superstition I guess. But fellow Travelers pulled the boss out into the hallway and I got attacked while in the crown menu at exactly the same time I hit the A on the controller to open the crown crate and the menu froze and I was unable to do anything and finally it kicked me out of it when I returned to the menu ( after killing the boss) my crown crate was gone and I could not tell if anything had been deposited into my account. I had already opened up several Crown crates and eyeballed the menu and everything I saw I remember seeing as a prize from recent Crown crates. Is it possible that it just threw everything into my account and gave it to me yes but the fun of a crown crate is actually opening it up and taking that chance for him to say you got a bonus card.
I'm sure that zos will not give me more Crown crate because it was free lol but I figured I would let y'all know in case it happens to somebody who has actually bought and paid real money for Crown crates. It could be very upsetting. Not that losing a free one ain't upsetting either LOL
